Troy Fisher

Troy Fisher

Co-Founder

Troy Fisher is a co-founder of AIR. Troy is also a Licensed Master Addiction Counselor & Licensed Clinical Supervisor, with a Master’s Degree in Addiction Counseling. Troy received his degree from the world renowned Hazelden Graduate School of Addiction Studies. Troy has been providing comprehensive recovery services to the citizens of North Dakota for the past 11 years. Outside of work, Troy is an avid sportsman who enjoys connecting clients with experiences related to nature and all the beautiful outdoor activities North Dakota has to offer. 

Aaron Hall

Aaron Hall

Co-Founder

Aaron Hall is UND Alum with a study in both Criminal Justice and Law. He began his career as a Police Officer, where he was awarded the highest award, the Medal of Merit. He was also awarded commendations from the U.S. Marshal Service and Devil’s Lake Police Department for bravery and valor. Aaron is a co-founder of All Of Us in Recovery which is one of North Dakota’s largest Care Coordination Agencies, which specializes in the Free through Recovery state program that aims to give individuals transitioning out of prison targeted case management in order to facilitate their success and reduce recidivism. Aaron is a small business owner and dedicated husband and father. 

Rachel Lucy-Schumm

Rachel Lucy-Schumm

Peer Support Administrator & Assistant Manager

Rachel Lucy-Schumm is a graduate of North Dakota State University, where she earned a degree in Biology with a minor in Psychology. She has been with All of Us In Recovery (A.I.R.) since 2022. She is a Certified Care Coordinator and Peer Support Specialist, and currently serves as A.I.R.’s Peer Support Administrator and Assistant Manager.

Rachel approaches both her work and her life through the lens of Stoic principles, emphasizing steady self-mastery and practical tools for everyday challenges. She focuses on what can be controlled, practices acceptance of what cannot, and encourages seeing obstacles as opportunities for growth. Her goal is to support people in reducing their suffering, regaining a sense of agency, and recognizing their own resilience and potential for change.

Myckenzie Scherr

Myckenzie Scherr

Director of 1915i Services

Myckenzie earned her Psychology degree from Minot State University and has been part of AIR since the organization began in 2019. She spent several years as a Care Coordinator before stepping into her current position as the 1915(i) Director in 2024.

She brings extensive experience supporting individuals with mental health and addiction needs and is passionate about building strong, collaborative relationships within the community. As Director, she focuses on helping AIR grow, strengthening service quality, and ensuring every person receives compassionate, individualized support.

Outside of work, Myckenzie is a proud wife and mom who enjoys traveling and spending time with the people she loves most.
